 Holbrook applicants sought for first time homebuyer program (Holbrook Sun)
Applicants are being sought for the first time homebuyer program. Town Administrator Michael Yunits said during the March 9 board of selectmen meeting that there are enough funds to cover two homebuyers. In 2008, Holbrook entered into the Quincy HOME Consortium, where eligible first time homebuyers could qualify for up to $17,500 toward a down payment and closing costs.
