A woman and man were found dead inside an El Cajon apartment Thursday morning in what police are calling a murder-suicide. El Cajon officers were sent to Hunter's Run Apartments on Broadway, east of state Route 67, to check on the welfare of a person about 10:15 a.m. A caller told police he had received a message from his brother indicating his brother was contemplating suicide, police said.
